We are confident that you will love your bridal gown from SampleGowns. However, if you need to return your bridal gown for any reason, we are happy to accommodate.
To avoid sizing returns, please measure yourself carefully and compare to the measurements given for each dress as sizes are not consistent in bridal wear and most always run smaller than street wear clothing.

Return Policy
SampleGowns has one of the most liberal return policies in the bridal industry.
- You may return any wedding gown which you are unhappy with and receive an internet store credit towards the purchase of any other dress on the site. All other gowns are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- You must notify us of your intent to return a wedding gown within 3 days of its delivery otherwise, the gown is considered satisfactory and no returns will be accepted. Please e-mail us at customerservice@samplegowns.com
- A small return/restocking fee of $50.00 will be deducted from your refund, as well as, the original shipping charges. You are responsible for all shipping costs back to the bridal store.
- The bridal gown must be received in original shipped condition, unused, unaltered and with all packaging and tags. All return bridal gowns must be received at the corresponding store within 7 days of your notification of intent to return. Package must be insured for the original cost of the gown.
- Once notified within 3 days of receipt of the gown – you will receive a Return Authorization Number from us via email which must be displayed on the outside of the box.
- The gown must be shipped back to SampleGowns within 48 hours of receiving the Return Authorization Number.
- There are no returns/exchanges/refunds on bridesmaid dresses, mothers-of-the-bride/groom dresses, eveningwear, flower girl dresses, prom, or any other gowns (other than bridal) or accessories. A white or ivory bridesmaid gown, mother of the bride/groom gown, or any other evening gown does not qualify as a wedding gown for return purposes.
- SampleGowns reserves the right to refuse merchandise returns showing evidence of wear. Any merchandise returned not in original condition will be sent back to the purchaser COD. Merchandise shipped to SampleGowns after the 7-day period will be refused. No replacement dresses will be shipped until original dress is received and inspected.
- ALL OTHER SALES ARE FINAL.
Refund Policy
If for any reason the bridal store does not ship the gown to you within the 7-work-day policy, you will receive a full refund of all charges impressed on your account.
